This is a fundamental tool for controlling the whole production process –from production planning, the Purchase Plan and the Delivery Plan (taking into account the capacity, current stock, etc.), and the arrival of raw materials to the delivery of finished goods. Other processes are also included -even quality control and scrap control.
This system is an MRP that lets you plan both production and the purchase of materials. |
Besides, it integrates with the Géminis Administrative Management system –i.e. it operates on the same database in a fully interactive fashion and protecting the integrity of the information. On top of that, the access control system, besides having the security measures offered by the operating systems and the database, includes a proprietary security system.
It also feeds from those customers who enter the business management system and integrate with the purchase management, personnel management, and general accounting modules.
This system considers the traceability concept throughout the circuit, as it allows you to manage attributes (such as the lot numbers corresponding to all products, raw materials, products undergoing the production process, and finished products). At the same time, each process relates incoming and outgoing attributes –which enable the complete traceability of all products.
