This sub-module allows the managing of all the information concerning the fixed assets of the company, and it can even be used to manage the intangible goods that become completely depreciated.
Each asset has a univocal code associated with it, as well as the following information: its description, original value, purchase data (vendor, date, invoice, price, installments, etc.), physical location, its components, amortization method, historic life span, tax life span, brand, model, serial number, person responsible for the good, residual value, inventory number, measurement unit, etc. |
